The valve whose sealing seats (i.e. the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the ball) are made of metal material is called metal seated ball valve. Product features:

The sealing surface of the valve seat is stellite alloy or other alloy steel, and the sealing surface of the ball body is nitriding treatment or hard facing alloy, hard chromium plating, vacuum coating - tungsten titanium alloy and Stellite, etc.; metal seated ball valve is applicable for the pipeline transportation of various high friction dust, slurry and solid foreign matters, it has quite high friction resistance and long service life.
